Twistbe Oy was seeking the right partner to reach its next growth phase. Our collaboration began with a comprehensive, data-driven development of the e-commerce store and sales strategy, enabling continuous sales growth of over 20% per month compared to the previous year. The collaboration remains active, with ongoing optimization focused on Google Merchant Center product data, the Google Ads account, and supporting Klaviyo email marketing automations.
Background and client
Twistbe Oy is a natural cosmetics company with an annual revenue of approximately €3 million. The company offers a comprehensive range of skincare products and is developing its newly launched LYOS (Love Your Own Skin) product line. Twistbe was among Vill’s first clients, and our collaboration continues as active development work focused on ensuring long-term growth and profitability.
Challenges
Before the collaboration, Twistbe struggled to find the right partner and focus for internal development efforts. Challenges in the sales process and its optimization according to best practices were critical issues to address for achieving sustainable growth. Development work continues as a close, ongoing monthly collaboration, with results monitored in weekly meetings.

During the collaboration, Twistbe’s sales have consistently grown by over 20% per month, with the record sales month exceeding €200,000. This sustained growth has strengthened business profitability and enabled additional investments in development. Twistbe can now grow online profitably from the first order, and development work continues actively to achieve new goals.
